Pros

Healthcare benefits are sorta good.

Cons

CEO is very direct but somehow still disconnected from the business outlook and staff. You get no real direction. "Furloughed" some staff only to lay them off and use the pandemic as an excuse. Weeks later they posted openings for their positions. Trials and signups for the software were never down so this was just a bad business practice IMO. And employees are underpaid.
