ShippingEasy has no hierarchy. Even the most junior employees get access to the Executive leadership team. Everyone has an impact on the momentum and success of this business! There is a great vibe in the office with positive energy and lots of recent college graduates. It's a great learning organization due to the constant communication and flat structure. Stocked fridge, lots of snacks, ping pong and filtered water - what more do you need.
Cons
Depending on where you live - it might be a commute. It's at Bee Caves and 360. Convenient parking but not downtown. Pros and cons I guess. Also, you're expected to work hard and the leadership team is very focused on outcomes. Not a place to come and punch a clock. So, if you're looking to hide and just blend in without a lot of work, not the place for you.
