      Good Pay for Customer Support

      Pros

      Relaxed, work-from-home, good pay, good people, no pressure to be super formal with communication to customers.

      Cons

      Support role, so dealing with some irrationally frustrated customers (though certainly not the norm). Job is very repetitive and can get boring fast.
