All of a sudden out of the blue they started laying people off like with families and kids with another kid on the way in a few weeks. It makes no sense who does that to employees.

A lot of things went against the shopper. Customers had too much power via app and reviews. A 4.5 star review was considered bad and had to maintain an almost perfect score to keep your job.
