Pros

I really like working at Shipt. The environment is very supportive and positive, and the benefits are great.

Cons

Depending on the position, the work can get pretty exhausting and the schedule isn't very consistent.

Pros

-The people are amazing. Everyone has a can do attitude and tries to get things done. -There are a lot of perks like snacks in office, weekly, yoga, gym, happy hours. -There is a lot of autonomy, basically if you think something will work, test it, then implement it. Not a lot of red tape.

Cons

-Not really a downside, but all organizations are constrained by resources. Just takes some planning and coordination to move as quickly.

Pros

Generous benefits package, including reproductive health support Access to Spring Health for counseling and mental health support Unique perks like Fringe and Cooleaf for recognition Quarterly performance reviews and merit-based bonuses Solid time-off policy and flexible scheduling in many cases Education benefits through Guild Coworkers and frequent collaborators were consistently kind, supportive, and team-oriented

Cons

Favoritism and internal politics sometimes influenced decision-making and advancement opportunities Limited upward mobility—career growth often felt blocked without clear paths Internal recruiting processes felt disjointed (e.g., meeting with a hiring manager once before being rejected while external candidates were prioritized) Communication from leadership lacked transparency, particularly around expectations and performance feedback
