Please don't work here. Poor scheduling Management who says they care but don't act on employee feedback Attendance policy is unruly, unbalanced, and unfair on purpose to ensure fulltime stateside employees are able to be fired with ease. Management does not answer questions when asked just promising to circle back and hiding behind opaque vauge answers. Management tries to keep this team in particular from discussing policy changes and discourages actionable feedback. You will lose a piece of your soul.

Pros

The money was right on time. I would work when a unexpected bill needed to be paid or just to have some extra money in my pocket, so it was always there when I needed it.

Cons

Near the end of 2022 I took a break from delivering because I had a lot of things going on in my personal life. So one day came along and I had some free time and decided to get some deliveries in. When I tried to log in it continued to say that my account was now deactivated and being reviewed. I appealed it of course but it was denied saying my scores were low for recent deliveries. The thing is there weren't any recent deliveries. I hadn't done any in weeks.

This company is owned by Target, which Target orders are a huge part of being late for orders. The employees are rude and don't want to confirm pre-paid orders, they will do their best to ignore Shipt Shoppers making you literally have to flag down a manager. Then, a day you have started your day early with fantastic ratings and zero late deliveries 16 out of 16 orders around 6:30 Pm you are dropped from your current order with a message saying user disabled four days before Christmas. Clearly having shown you had improved your Late Percentage just above 90% with over 38 order with no lates in a row. Father of 4 who's children received less than 4 gifts, thanks to the Shipt non updated percentages and auto-replied email stating due to further review of your account your appeal has been denied. A friend of mine had same thing happened around the exact same time, strangely they also had an exact zero late deliveries with him having made over $300 early in the evening. "Hmmm guess the real reason is we both were making too much too soon" I had received $80 tips for the couple late orders I had the 2 weeks prior.
