Horrible hours. I worked there for over two hours but was still getting the same shifts that be as new employees were getting. Shipt has grown so much as a company that it can afford to just replace you if you are dissatisfied. And the website says you’ll always have 11 hours between shifts, well honestly the managers are being hired so fast that they messed up the scheduling multiple times and then just said “deal with it” basically. Micromanaging at its finest at this job! I took a 20 minute break and a coworker checked in on me to make sure I got back to work… You will not get a promotion if you didn’t socially interact with the department you’re interested in. And even then, it doesn’t guarantee you’ll get promoted. It’s very cliquey. Many other former coworkers have quit over this. It’s all about who you know and if they like you the MOST out of the other candidates.

- Hours (expect 10-hour shifts if you want any weekends off) - No Holidays off expect Christmas - Basically impossible to move up in the company - Act like they care about your mental health but only allow you two 15minute breaks and 1hr lunch break a day with no exceptions. - Holiday Season is nonstop working with pissed off customers - Pay is too little for what you go through
