Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We agree that our culture and leadership are top notch and invest so much into not only the business, but our employees as well. We are constantly evaluating our sick time policies and have rolled out a new sick time policy that will allow employees more flexibility and accruals.

Product seems to be heading in right direction, but moves very slowly

Pros

- Teams are respectful and care about each other - People have good work life balance and managers encourage self care - Lot of interesting problems to tackle - Lots of opportunities for product growth - Leadership invested in my professional growth

Cons

- There was a recent eng and product re-org. Product/eng processes were disjointed and slow before the re-org due to organization of eng teams (not full stack) and not enough senior engineers - Low on engineering resources. They're hiring a lot right now, but being in a lull period waiting for engineering resources is not fun

We are also consistently pouring resources into growth opportunities for all teams and ensure all team members have a healthy work life balance. We understand with the substantial growth and need for engineers can be burdensome, but we are actively working on building up our engineering bench strength both internally and externally.
