Working at shipt has been overall a good experience. You learn a lot about Elasticsearch and testing in general. For newcomers, especially in their first year, the schedule is not too packed with meetings, averaging no more than 4 hours per week. Opportunity to learn Elasticsearch and testing. Limited meetings for newcomers, allowing focus on work.
Cons
No provision of Mac computers; employees must purchase their own. Compatibility issues with tools for those using Linux and Windows.
