      Pros

      Good pay. Casual dress. Free food and drinks.

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere that feels like high school. There is the popular group of kids and unpopular. If you arent in the popular group you will NOT get promoted ever. Also lots of relationships between people in the office which causes lots of drama and Shipt has no rules against office romances. They pretend to be inclusive and respect diversity, then do not do anything when a white team leader is openly racist in slack channels that everyone sees. Also if you are working at this company when u come out as trans, good luck getting them to stop dead naming you. It becomes a game. They also fully expect everyone who works there to sacrifice their mental health for their money. Then they make you feel better with a pizza party.

      Good opportunity to make money on the side if you're willing to work for it. Good app and organization systems. You decide when you want to accept an order & what order you accept.

      Work your own schedule, quick cash, easy and convenient cash out options after each job or shift

      Pay! After driving an hour out of the way to shop at a store that is farther away from my city and the customers location , then having to drive 25 minutes after shopping . Getting your groceries to you on time paying for gas for my jeep grand cherokee and getting 9 dollars with no tip is kind of a slap across the face. Just saying. I paid you to shop for you and drive your groceries that far. I mean , they can see where your coming from. Also, I had a customer not change her delivery address on the form and ended up driving her groceries 45 minutes out of the way, unpacked 14 cases of water and come to find out, I actually only had to deliver it 2 min down the street from the store so I had to pack the car up drive 45 min back to town and got 4 dollar tip. Also have had a customer tip 10 dollars after trip, then the next time I looked a few hours later it was taken off.
