The company culture is what really sold me on the company. The staff is waiting to pounce you if you ask for help (all in a good way) and really make sure you understand. You can hear everyones passion in their work which was nice. Plus bonuses and profit sharing were always nice to wake up to.

Pros

The work environment is welcoming with project teamwork and collaboration. So much of the work is in house and it is easy to coordinate all parts of a complex project, combining the site design with foundations and landscaping. Projects were diverse and managers were open to new thoughts about how to manage and design projects. Feedback was direct and help was easy to find if needed from other designers.

Cons

Other than working nights and weekends as needed during the final push for a project, there are no cons that I can think of. Overtime was paid and management always recognized the effort.
