Pros

Good opportunities for advancement - they work hard to promote the right people, not just the most experienced. Good work life balance - sometimes we have to work hard on a deadline, but I rarely need to miss one of my kid’s activities. It’s great working with architects and engineers under one roof. We don’t always see eye to eye, but in general there is respect and trust. The company is forward thinking using the latest in technology.
