- Instant welcoming community -A lot of social opportunity with industry events -Encouragement for growth -Career coaching program that is open to EVERYONE -Creative environment that sees employees as individuals -Great health benefits -Office culture that promotes work/life balance

Cons

- The Chicago office feels so far away from all the other office locations. Sometimes it feels like there could be a stronger sense of community between all the offices.

- You get a lot of responsibility right away - You are thrown into the action (which is exciting and fun) - All the offices have different people and with the one-firm initiative, you get to work with a lot of different people and personalities - Freedom to make your own career what you want it to be - The "+1" initiative is great...basically someone who has worked with the company for awhile brings someone new or eager to learn on client meetings or visits so they can learn the ropes -Most of the offices are modern and awesome to work in

Cons

-Not a lot of promotional opportunities, but not a big issue if you enjoy a raise each year and your team/who you work for -Only just starting to allow employees remote -Somewhat expected to work despite taking PTO
