Amazing Office Environment

The office environment is extremely friendly and enjoyable on a day to day basis. Creating a successful project while maintaining a good relationship with coworkers is extremely valuable. Each person brings a unique set of skills to the table and provides helpful insight to each project. Management in this office creates a friendly relationship with each employee to maintain a positive work environment while still providing structure.

Cons

This office works with clients that already have a lot of standards in place so sometimes creative intent can be hinged.

This company is truly about the employee first. They invest heavily in their engineers to ensure continued career growth, and provide those engineers with the tools necessary to complete the job at a high level. They really want their employees to succeed, and provide every opportunity for them to do so.

Cons

Being part of a high-performing team is very exciting and rewarding. There is always something new to interest and challenge me.
