Yeah they're pretty terrible.

Pros

They have free food, snacks, and there is a room full of arcade machines, and the health care options are pretty good.

Cons

You are told you "own" features/projects, but then you are totally disenfranchised. They don't think of employees as assets, just worker monkeys. They treat people badly and so they leave, and if they are naive enough to try sticking it out they eventually get blamed for something that was really an executive level decision, and fired. The CEO is extremely vindictive and totally unwilling to take responsibility for his own actions and decisions. Still think about it? Think this is just one disgruntled employee's rant? Then look at their track record so far. They've been around since 2013 and have put multiple games into production, but they haven't managed to get anything done (as of Aug 2016). And, they now have a non-disparagement contract you have to sign to get severance when they "let you go". Ask yourself why they would need that.

Pros

Great benefits and equity for employees. Daily catered lunches and an assortment of snacks in the kitchen. Arcade room with ping pong table. Weekly jam sessions in the back of the arcade with the Shiver Band. Extremely talented employees - artists, engineers, and designers can all hang with the best in the industry. Veteran managerial staff with proven track records. Most importantly, this company shows great promise for growth and longevity. The connections of the executive team have set the company up for future success. The products being made inside the company are truly innovative in every sense of the word. With the strong backing of a big name publisher, the only thing required for this company to sky rocket is execution by the team. It's going to be very exciting to see where this company will be not just in the next few years, but in the next few months.

Cons

The company is still young so there are/will be growing pains as the company matures. Management can occasionally be tough, but they are typically reasonable and justified with their requests. The hours can be long at times when milestone dates are near, but employees that exhibit commitment and ownership have been and will continue to be rewarded.
