The plant was climate controlled.

It was hard to communicate with co workers. The plant was probably 75% Hispanic.

The pay is decent, can also work from home

Cons

The culture is very bad. The “F” bomb from other employees including the founder and president is a normal day at Shoals. A lot of finger pointing and no real resolutions.
