Pros

The only perk is the discount on shoes and new releases that hit the market.

Cons

Leadership treats people poorly and has no respect for anyone. They work in their own bubble and does not know how the real retail world operate from the outside. Total disregard for people's time and no set schedule for anything, calls people to attend meetings at leadership's convenience. Completely disorganized with no system or processes in place. No accountability and everyone plays the blame game. There are lazy people walking around making the admins do work and take all the credit, meanwhile there are hard workers that get no recognition. This place is so toxic and unhealthy for one's mental health. Leadership loves to create fear and anxiety to cater to their needs. They completely disregard the covid policies and make everyone go to work during covid, they also don't follow the rules to wear masks for safety - this is not regulated. Turnover rate is high and many people are unhappy. Leadership plays favorites and are out to get everyone else. The ways of working is inefficient and always caters to leadership's needs or based on mood of the day. There is no culture or balance of life, they praise people when they stay at the office until 10p. Stay away from this horrid place.

Pros

One hour lunches , an alright employee discount . Easy work but highly repetitive

Cons

- low wages , no room for growth. They expect you to put in 110 percent but for little to nothing in return. No PTO, and if you ever work a holiday there is no holiday pay. -Incompetent H.R department, various higher standing employees in higher positions get away with a disgusting number of unprofessional incidents( managers, supervisors, etc) that never have any repercussions. - No safety training or any sense of importance when it comes to employee safety
