Pros

You get discounts, and most of the customers are pleasant.

Cons

The company does not care about their employees and the pay is terrible especially since they require so much out of you. There is absolutely no incentive to want to keep doing well because you will never be rewarded or receive any kind of appreciation. They will work you open to close 7 days a week so you basically have no personal life. Also management is terrible and the communication from corporate is terrible.

Pros

Got to leave the store on the clock without upper management knowing for years!

Cons

Bad pay, made 12 an hour for over 2 years! favoritism, horrible long hours, too much required for the amount of pay.

Pros

People I worked with, flexible schedule for school.

Cons

Boss always verbally and emotionally abused me, no pay increase at the beginning of the year with the key holder pay when promised because my boss “didn’t feel like it”, constantly yelled at for this I didn’t do.
