Pros

Friendly staff, first hand look at new merchandise, very relaxed environment during the work week.

Cons

It can get very boring, there is never music playing, all you do if you're a general sales associate is fix boxes, move boxes, pick up trash. The pay for management is not great. If you can't work a ton of hours, a sales associate can be payed more than you even though you're assigned more work. There are no raises. Advice to managers, be careful of things being stolen. You can and will be fired, even if you had no way of preventing things being stolen on a regular basis.
