Pay rate is good but won't get raise fairly. I think it's up to the supervisor. If they like, you get a good raise, if not, don't expect more.

Management only liked to tell you what to do only while doing nothing on their end to help you. Other employees would steal your commission sales by ringing them out despite having your initials on the box to indicate that it should be going to the one that sold it. Commission is base pay or whatever $ amount you sold in the pay period, whichever is higher.
