I was able to make a good commission, but this company could pay a lot more attention to it's stores and employees.

Sales commission. Employee discount. Friendly coworkers.

Cons

Outdated technology. Limited merchandise to smaller stores. Had to purchase my own uniform. Minimum wage if you don't make commission.

Pros

Some of the pros as a sales associate is that you receive commission which comes in handy during back to school rush, Easter, Black Friday etc. so the pay is pretty good and there is a base pay but it's minimum wage.

Cons

The only cons I encountered were just with my individual store. I think my manager could be very difficult to work with and take advantage of the good employees because he did not feel like dealing with the other employees, but all in all it was not that bad. If you love people and have the motivation to makes sales you will succeed.
