Excellent bonus structure in place for Store Managers, Good growth opportunities for people who work hard and are honest

Cons

Payroll budgets are tight, Corporate executives are out of touch, New pay rates for Managers and key holders are too low, Benefits are not good, Jobs are very task oriented

Pros

The opportunity to receive commission was awesome. Also they were very flexible with work hours. Good first job to gain experience and a little bit of money.

Cons

It was beyond boring for me to work in a retail environment. A lot of my co workers did not mind the hours and type of work but it was just not fulfilling for me.
