Tons! As just a keyholder, I was carrying out management duties more often than what anyone getting paid as little as I was should be comfortable doing. I was with the company for a year and I was supposed to receive a 25 cent "raise" but was instead essentially tricked into a 20 cent raise. This, and many other things, such as the district manager allowing employees and even non-employees to work "off the clock" to meet styling update goals and to keep the store clean (honestly, the unbelievably messy customers and the very little coverage we were allowed to help pick it all up was a big part of why I left), proved to me that this company isn't about its customers or employees. It is only about making and saving as much money as possible and if it means saving five cents, they will NOT hesitate to walk all over anyone and everyone. My best advice is to just not go in ready to take this place seriously, because you will get taken advantage of.
