Pros

Good pay, bonuses, Good District and Regional Managers. Overall good employees, and customers.

Cons

Consider updating the POS system, downside to ALL retail jobs is the Holiday work but it comes with the job, you know what you are getting into before you accept the job.

Pros

it was a job w/pay

Cons

senior management does not care about their employee's they just use them for the time being until they can find someone better and cheaper ... corporate lp and hr does not respond to employee phone calls or letters they just pass the buck and give you the run around all the way up to the ceo ...

Pros

The only good things about working at Shoe Show was the flexibilty in scheduling, being able to have first dibs on shoes (if you find any worth buying), and the work is easy.

Cons

Hours get very thin when business slows down (as thin as 4 a week sometimes). Min wage is where they start you and by all means will try and keep you. It's very small so hopefully you get along with management and co-workers they can make your days either easy or hard. No real discount
