Toxic and not sure how they are still in business

I will say, after all of the crap i was put through, my position did look great on my resume.

I honestly don’t know who is giving this place 5 stars. Unless they are Indian, there is absolutely no way. 80% men 20% women. No women hold management positions. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 6 people quit within 2 months, even someone in HR. Management is awful in virtually every department. They do not lead, mentor, give position feedback, or even hold the mandatory touch bases like they are supposed to. It is like a dictatorship, one specific higher up calls the shots and nobody dares challenge him. What he says, goes; and he abuses his power by asking associates to run his personal errands for him or get him food. No training or any kind of help when you first start. They were not prepared for me on my start date, and didnt have a laptop for 2 weeks. Very unorganized, and reactive instead of proactive. People yell at each other and are extremely rude. Whether it comes from the producers/hosts/management, they speak down on you. Extremely unprofessional. They got hacked company wide and didnt have wifi or working internet for 3 months. People were having to use their own personal hotspots. No printers worked still when i left, a total of 4 months.
