Insurance benefits, profit sharing, PTO and vacation time

Cons

No work/life balance, constantly pushed beyond your limits, don't get appropriately paid for your worth, limited room for career upward movement, HR is not one to support the employees and cultural favoritism is very obvious, especially in upper management/senior positions.
