Pros

They pay for medical benefits. Sunil is good. Regular employees are good.

Cons

Pay, no way to move up, give jobs to people of Indian ancestry. It would be great if they were actually qualified. Promise they don't keep. Micromanaging and they don't follow the rules themselves. They don't care about the employees. Everyone is scared they will get fired.

Lack of growth within the company as all the jobs are going overseas. A toxic work environment. Poor work like balance.
