      Enough exposure to data and tools, different business to learn

      mid senior level employees are just workers Reporting Managers/leaders have no thought, give no concrete guidance . Highly egoist leaders , few key leaders have their ego is higher than their designation. Women cannot grow in key positions. Perception is Reality wrongfully presented to top and senior management, no one bothers to check,verify the truth. long working hours with weekends included and expected as normal Zero Work life balance at the cost of family.

      Pros

      Find someone who worked there. Ask them about their experience.

      Cons

      Just please talk to former employees. Note that many full time employees who are in the US are on a Visa from India and so they are scared to lose their jobs if they provide negative feedback (losing a job may mean a revoked Visa). That's all I can say.
