Diverse lower level co workers. Chill WLB. Unlimited PTO

Cons

Senior management not as diverse. Leadership is toxic, hypocritical and out of touch. Too much pivoting and wasted efforts. Attrition is high, making it tough to build for the long-term

Cons

- Overly left-wing ideologies which are so hard to challenge in a company where everyone is drinking the cool-aid. - The HR lacks ethics and philosophy and they are trying to equalize diversity while ignoring the pipeline to tech. - The woke culture at Shopify is honestly shocking and it's growing ever more. - Political correctness, wokeness and diversity training.
