It’s a lottery. If you end up on one of the pet product lines or easy teams, you thrive with full support. Otherwise, it’s a nightmare. I experienced both and honestly I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to work here. It’s toxic, cliquish, bro culture (when from the non-male leaders), and wasteful. They’ll spend a million bucks on a stupid promo with no ROI and tell someone to squeeze out a deliverable over the holidays. Take your unlimited PTO at your own risk.

None! As a freelancer, it can be hard to get in but if you work hard, there are hopefully opportunities after. :)
