      Great team culture overshadowed by micromanagement issues

      Pros

      Great team culture, strong product that customers genuinely like, solid benefits package. You work with sharp, supportive colleagues day to day.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is the weak point. There's been a real shift towards micromanagement, which kills autonomy and makes it hard to actually do the job well.

      Change is rapid, what was VERY important today is totally irrelevant in 6 weeks time. Lots of amazing strong leaders have exited the business, those making core decisions often have little context upon which these are based.
