      The pace of change is incredibly fast.

      On the positive side, the rapid changes ensure that the work never becomes boring.

      Cons

      Decisions are suddenly made within the company, so even if we develop strategies on the ground, they are quickly revised and rendered unusable. Notifications come too abruptly. Sudden layoffs occur, leaving us to work with the anxiety of not knowing whether our position will still exist a few years from now.
