Fear culture, layoffs and org changes have been constant over the last 4 years. No matter your tenure, you are not safe. To get anywhere, prepare to do some butt kissing, as promotions are given only to favorites, not hard workers. CEO usually tosses out a temper tantrum every couple months.

Targeting employees to micromange them to the point of quitting or being let go over poor performance to swap them out for a cheaper labour force. Contsant fear of being let go. One sided decisions.
