Pros

Product is world class. Some very brilliant, talented people working there

Cons

The organizational culture is defined by a lack of trust and employee value, where staff are treated as interchangeable assets rather than key contributors. Following several rounds of layoffs, there is a significant trust deficit regarding the SLT, ELT, and CEO. A lack of transparency and integrity in executive decision-making has created a high-pressure environment where job insecurity often drives counterproductive behaviors and internal politics as people struggle to maintain their roles. Furthermore, the company views the sales department primarily as a cost center rather than a strategic area for investment. Because the product is strong, leadership neglects the development of the sales org, offering minimal resources for professional growth or skill-building. Ambitious sales professionals will likely find the environment stagnant, as recognition and support are generally limited to one’s relationship with their direct manager rather than being reflected in the broader company culture. I would not recommend hungry, aspiring sales professionals work here.

Pros

- interesting work, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow - access to cutting-edge AI tools - opportunity to work with very highly skilled and talented people

Cons

- the company culture has shifted over the past few years, and not in a positive direction - toxic culture in some teams, with many people only interested in furthering their own careers rather than growing and being successful as a team - company glorifies "rockstar" developers with no people/teamwork skills - constant changes often disrupt productive flows - work/life balance is often ignored; many teams don't accommodate people based in different timezones and expect them to work late hours

Pros

Strong engineering and product culture with talented colleagues. Flexible remote work policies. Good autonomy and opportunities to tinker with state-of-the-art AI tooling. Technical challenges are interesting if you're early in your career.

Cons

Company is in cost-cutting, share price optimization mode. Slashed comp structures, wild org changes, role restructuring—all designed to limit upside and cut expenses. Revenue org got gutted: replaced individual quotas with team quotas, destroying earning potential for top performers—my potential comp is dropping by at least $50k CAD despite positive "Mastery" rating and strong performance. Benefits getting trimmed, salaries squeezed, constant reorganizations that conveniently cap compensation growth. New customer pipeline is bone dry—mature market, limited growth opportunities. Career progression unclear unless you pivot to management. No path to meaningful comp growth, external hires get way more than internal folks.
