- Strong benefits and medium-high comp relative to Canadian market - Random Uber credits, gifts, and events - Work with intelligent co-workers

Cons

- Messy sales organization - Poor training - Unrealistic targets - Constantly shifting objectives, not the place to be if you're looking for a modicum of stability in your role - Lack of growth opportunities, you WILL experience tremendous hardship with internal promotions - Remote work culture is isolating and nothing is done to improve vibe
