Great people, lots of change in short period of time

Pros

Some of the brightest, creative, most caring people to work with. Particularly in sales & enablement. Great benefits (especially for mental health) and professional development.

Cons

Constant structure & team change without a clear intention and strategy around the change management of it and how changes get rolled out and executed. Deadlines to complete things sometimes felt arbitrary, doing things fast for the sake of saying they were completed.
