      Great Company, Rough leadership, Inconsistent Direction at times

      - Fast moving ambiguous environment - Ability to contribute meaningfully in a lot of different ways - Very little restriction on solutions and problem solving - Amazing benefits and remote first culture - Good compensation

      Cons

      - Things change too fast, with little regard for normal day to day operations - Churn of technologies and various department pivots can happen without much warning and cause you to be in a cycle of "always catching up" cause another pivot is about to happen - Arbitrary success frameworks - Leadership could not align from top down resulting in A LOT of rework constantly
