Flexible vacation Remote but with In person experiences Some of the best people working as ics and middle management

Cons

Less human in the loop means decisions that lack necessary human context

Don’t be in UX

Pros

If you’re lucky, there are some amazingly smart, dedicates, and kind people working there.

Cons

Unfortunately those amazing people are being diluted by the recent influx of hires. UX roles are being less valued. And its very hard to switch roles, not a lot of internal mentorship support available. Lots of selfish and useless managers.
