- Great Leaders: Transparent, present, and hard working - Competitive compensation - A TON of momentum within the company

Cons

- Remote culture makes it hard to bond - Small company: A lot of scrappiness with softwares for your day to day, so you don't always have the best in class tools to succeed.

AE's are split 50/50 salary and commissions. OTE's are very attainable

Cons

At times the product would be unreliable with frequent system issues. AE's wear the hates of salesperson, support, and retention.
