Became very corporate after being bought by Johnson Controls. Not the most fun or exciting environment.

The company offers remote work and freedom to move even before covid. The projects are interesting and management is looking to spearhead numerous new technologies utilizing new developments.

Cons

Salary is a bit under market value but freedom and bonuses make up for it.
