- you never get enough hours. You work between four and five hours a day.
- You're expected to get so much done on you four hour shift and you have so little time to do so.
- The pay sucks. You make minimum wage and they don't give raises.
- Store manager makes your work experience a living hell if you don't do things his way.
- The clientele is awful. Do you know how many times I've had to tell a customer, "I'm sorry ma'am but that's not the price" or "no, we can't discount it just because you see a tiny spot on it."
- You never get any help doing your job.
- Store manager doesn't train you. He sticks you on a register and if you mess up, he gets mad and writes you up.
- You're treated like a suspect in the store managers twisted game of "now which employee can I fire for stealing today."
- Corporate doesn't care about their employees.
- We have to SEARCH OUT our SM to say "hi" and if we don't, we get a lecture on how we're being "rude" and he can "mark us as a no call no show" if we don't say hi to him.
- SM is so petty. Kept me in the office for THIRTY MINUTES to prove he was right and demanding an apology. No can do. Go screw yourself dude.
- If you tell the SM that you need specific days off for school, etc., he cuts your hours for telling him you need so many days off (he doesn't like being told how to schedule people even though that's his job).
- SM constantly argues with customers.
