Pros

Esop is nice. I get time in the field out of the office I in the summer which is also nice. Company seems to be doing it's best to take care of it's employees. Embraced hybrid/remote work, great dental and optical plans.

Cons

Nothing sticks out. Remote work is sometimes challenging when you're new and everyone's out of the office for the day. Not really the company's fault though. Healthcare is really expensive if you've got a family.
