Thank you for sharing. We need flexibility for employees to do their best work, and I am glad it works for you. Health coverage is a highly desirable benefit; we know it is crucial for retention and recruitment. I would like to hear more or ask you to connect with our benefits team for a shared understanding. We have a team that continually evaluates our entire benefits package and makes changes based on employee feedback to provide the best options; and significant changes were made for the new calendar year. Personal leave (vacation) for employees with up to five years of experience is 15 days. For experienced employees with applicable experience at other firms but new to SEH, starting personal leave can be up to 24 days depending on their experience. We have also recently adopted a Flexible Holiday policy, where employees can take the 7 authorized holidays (in addition to the PTO) on any days that work for them.
