Takes good care of employees until they don't want to anymore

Good work life balance, good office morale and fun coworkers

Cons

Utilization goals are hard to meet and sometimes completely out of the control of the employee. Will hire interns to do work and lay off longer term employees if work is slow. Claim to be green company, but don't really make any environmental efforts. Expensive benefit packages.

Great location just 10 minutes from the Twin Cities. Very nice atmosphere and people to work with. Detail and customer-oriented work ethic.
