      Pros

      - SEH does good work and wins projects consistently to keep Engineers as busy as they want to be. - Supports employees to pursue trainings and certifications and to achieve any goals they have at the company. - Good culture and flexible work place - Significant ESOP contributions - Straight time overtime

      Cons

      - Awful holiday policy and average PTO. With only 7 holidays per year including only one day off for Christmas, it is difficult to recharge and spend time with family over the holidays without blowing through your PTO. - ESOP contributions are significant but I would personally prefer these contributions in my pocket. The ESOP is a good program overall though. - Management/senior engineers are usually too busy to have much time to manage or mentor. I think this is typical at most engineering firms though.

I noted your concerns about our holiday policy and PTO. We review these policies regularly to better meet our employees' needs while meeting business needs. Our Flex Holiday policy allows the employee to use these whenever to best match the employee's needs.       Great Engineering Firm!

      Pros

      Employee owned company. Great work/life balance. Above average compensation package with company stock contributions every year. Lots of support for any career path you choose and a large variety of projects to work on.

      Cons

      None so far after 6 years.
