SEH values it's employees and listens. They have made great strides to ensure employees voices are heard. There are a vareity of ERG's to join.

None that I can think of at this time.

Pros

Great work life balance and being able to work remote are two of my favorite things about SEH. Additionally, everyone is really helpful and friendly and there's a lot of different types of projects to work on.

Cons

Each office seems like it's own company so sometimes it's hard to connect with other offices/people. They pay and benefits are good (not great) and below industry standard.
