Work life ratio sucks Lots of mandatory ot Safety if strict Bad management Low pay

This company doesn't care about their employees. The pay raises on average are about 25 cents, when they give raises. The out of pocket insurance payments continue to rise like crazy every year, it is hard to make those payments since they don't pay that much. The company constantly has layoffs and they always layoff the people that make more money and have been there the longest.
