Job security is not guaranteed, Two rounds of layoffs in five yearsāvery stressful, especially for experienced employees like me . New leadership from headquarters is not easy to work with. Their behavior is not respectfulāborderline racist, no proper work ethics. HR team is very weak. They only say āyes sir, yes madam,ā never stand up for employees. Looks like theyāre scared of global leadership. Work-life balance is tough. Too much pressure, always working like thereās no tomorrow.Recent hires are shocking, babai. Many new people donāt have proper experience or qualification, but still they got selectedājust because they know someone from earlier companies. So many external consultants also got hired randomly. No proper interview, no checks. Itās like anyone can come in if they know the right person
