Short shifts (5.5 hours) You can regularly make upwards of $80/hr, sometimes much more Once tenured it’s hard to lose your job

Cons

Strictest management you will encounter Managers are hard to find You need to search the depths of the hotel for many things You are a cog and not treated as a human You will be written up (the rules they set about meal breaks etc. it’s impossible to operate perfectly within their tight guidelines)
