Company & culture are great to work for. Compensated well. Right on the beach so work view is amazing.

Cons

Guests expect a lot. Lots of high paying clients so can be a demanding job.

Took great care of employees during COVID shut down. Offers employee meals and on site parking. Competitive pay and raises are based on minimum wage raises yearly.

Cons

Uniforms are uncomfortable and dated. Communication often lacked from the leadership.
